Job summary

YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne seeks a friendly, part-time Member Services Representative for Whitley County Family YMCA in Columbia City, IN. You will greet members, manage records, and support program access while delivering outstanding service in a welcoming environment.

The role offers evening hours (5:00pm–9:00pm) with occasional weekends, affordable benefits, and opportunities for training. You will help retain members and foster community involvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne.
• At least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
• Welcoming and inclusive, supporting a diverse membership.
• Attentive to details, organized, able to handle money effectively, and proficient at other clerical and computer skills.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
