Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide information on accounts, products and services.
• Process account openings, access services, maintenance, wires, loan applications and funding.
• Balance MSR cash drawer and assist with daily transactions.
• Educate members about Credit Union products and refer to appropriate departments.
• Deescalate challenging situations with sound judgment.
• Stay vigilant and report unusual activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
