Member Service Coordinator I – Hybrid Role | Jacksonville, FL
Job Description
Maintain and support contractor files, ensuring credentialing requirements are met and updated across multiple systems. Serve as liaison between contractors, district managers, and field staff. Comply with company policies and ethics while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and review contractor information, including credentialing deliverables.
- Obtain and verify deliverables such as licenses, insurance certificates, and financial statements on a regular basis.
- Review and process application packets, status updates, references, ratings, agreements, and site visit narratives.
- Audit and track contractor files to ensure compliance with credentialing requirements.
- Process new contractor selections and track receipt of deliverables.
- Act as point of contact and liaison for contractors and district managers.
- Update and maintain contractor files with current deliverables and credentialing items.
- Create and forward correspondence requesting deliverable updates.
- Interact with field staff regarding contractor noncompliance issues.
- Update web‑based and other computer programs with contractor information.
- Uphold and project the company public image.
- Maintain compliance with the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Participate in special projects or perform duties in other areas as requested.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience.
- Highly proficient and advanced computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good time‑management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
