Our client, a leader in the healthcare field, is looking for dedicated Customer Service Representativesto join their fast-paced call center team. In this role, 100% of your time will be spent on the phone, serving as the primary point of contact for their members.

You will navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to provide accurate information, resolve complex issues, and deliver 'stellar' service that exceeds member expectations.

Must be local to Spokane, WA to be considered for this role.

salary: $20 - $21.62 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 9 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
