Job summary

Canyon View Credit Union in Saratoga Springs, UT is seeking a Financial Service Representative (Banker/Teller) to deliver exceptional member service, identify needs, educate on loans, process transactions, and build lasting relationships while advancing the credit union mission.

You will greet members, handle deposits and withdrawals, cross-sell products, make outbound calls for onboarding, and ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance in every transaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months experience in building customer relationships and offering sales.
• Cash handling, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members through excellent service to meet financial needs.
• Receive and accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and wire transfers.
• Offer cross-sell solutions for financial products and services.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding and relationship building.
• Maintain daily tasks, meet sales and service goals, and participate in programs.
• Greet members with a professional and courteous attitude.
• Be knowledgeable of Credit Union products and services.
• Comply with regulations and privacy policies.
• Assist with vault operations, audits, and branch security.
