Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is looking for a Member Service Specialist II to join the Hanford Branch. You will process and audit a range of financial transactions while maintaining an accurate cash drawer and delivering friendly, consultative service to members.

In this role, you will identify member needs, promote Golden 1 products and services, and document interactions in the EnAct system, supporting a high standard of financial guidance and community impact.

Qualifications

• GED required.
• 1+ years of cash handling or service experience.
• 6+ months as MSS I or teller at Golden 1 or another financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and audits financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provides Golden 1 services to members, including cashier’s checks, money orders, savings bonds, wire transfers and debit card issuance.
• Assesses members' needs while processing transactions.
• Identifies opportunities to help members with Golden 1 products or services and documents in EnAct system.
