Golden 1 Credit Union in Culver City is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team before the new Culver City branch opens. You will engage members, assess needs, educate on deposit and loan products, and coordinate referrals with specialists to provide personalized financial solutions.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, proactive outreach, and collaboration with internal partners. Training begins at a nearby branch and transitions to the new Culver City location upon opening.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years in banking or relationship-building roles.
• Experience with deposits, loans and member service is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Identify member needs and propose Golden 1 products and services.
• Generate new memberships and assets from existing and new members.
• Lead outreach calls to explain products addressing member financial goals.
• Serve as main platform support for appointments and walk-ins.
• Refer members to Home Loans, Business, and Investment specialists as needed.
• Process loan applications and complete fulfillment when appropriate.
• Open member deposit and specialty accounts and ensure meaningful solutions.
