Job summary

Job description

Position Summary

The Member Relationship Associate I is a key step in a rewarding career focused on helping members achieve their financial goals and peace of mind. This role delivers exceptional service by assisting members with account transactions, account maintenance, new account openings, and consumer lending requests while identifying opportunities to improve members' financial well-being. MROs engage members in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services that help them save money, reduce debt, build savings, improve financial flexibility, and strengthen their overall financial health. This position supports branch operations, resolves member inquiries, maintains accurate records, and ensures all transactions and activities comply with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Salary Range

Base Annual Salary Range: $46,600 ($22.40/hour) - $58,695 ($28.22/hour)

The posted range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
