Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is hiring an entry-level Relationship Specialist to process cash transactions, open deposit and savings accounts, and discuss loan products. You will build meaningful relationships with members, provide superior service, and learn the ins and outs of financial services.

The role is in-person at our retail locations with opportunities for growth and weekend coverage as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful for serving our diverse member base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.)
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to identify needs and provide excellent service and expertise.
• Occasionally travel between Grow locations and participate in weekend coverage when required.
