Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Pinellas Park, FL seeks an entry-level Relationship Specialist to welcome members, process deposits, and open accounts. You will build relationships and provide a high level of service in a friendly, professional environment.

This in-person role offers growth opportunities, competitive benefits including healthcare, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Weekend coverage and occasional travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Aptitude and desire for sales achievement with strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and open deposit, savings and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members to determine needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to provide exceptional service and guidance.
