Our technology is valuable in resuscitations, cardiac care, and critical care, allowing faster and more accurate monitoring of hemodynamics, with trend analysis to assess treatment effectiveness. Role Description

This is a remote role for an Advisory Board Member at SeeMedX. The primary responsibility is to initially raise $4M, complementing the previous $7.4M raised. You will support the company's strategic vision, provide expertise on medical and business matters, assist in decision-making, and contribute to growth and direction. Tasks include attending virtual board meetings, reviewing reports, and advising on policies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business strategy, decision-making, and strategic vision
• Background in medical or healthcare industries, with a focus on noninvasive heart monitoring (a plus)
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing reports and financial documents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities
• Experience in product commercialization and scaling (a plus)
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Medicine, or related fields (desired)
