Role Description

This is a remote role for an Advisory Board Member at SeeMedX. The Advisory Board Member will be responsible for initially raising $4M. The company has previously raised $7.4M. You will also support the company’s strategic vision, provide expertise on business and medical matters, aid in decision-making processes, and contribute to the growth and direction of the company. Day-to-day tasks include attending virtual board meetings, reviewing company reports, and offering guidance on company policies and future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business strategy, decision-making, and strategic vision
• Background in medical or healthcare industries, with a focus on noninvasive heart monitoring a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to review detailed reports and financial documents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
• Experience in product commercialization and scaling businesses is a plus
• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Medicine, or a related field is desired
