The Role: Product Management and AI Advisory Board Member

Role: Advisory Board Member - Product Manager, AI, and LLM strategy

Engagement: Part-Time Advisory Board Member

The Opportunity:

We seek experienced advisors in Product Management, Artificial Intelligence, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU/LLM) to join our Advisory Board. You will provide strategic guidance on platform development—from voice and text AI features to healthcare-grade integrations and user experience improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on LLM/NLU use cases for voice and text-based mental health assessments and interactions
• Guide product roadmap and platform design for scalable, secure AI/ML features
• Support development of proprietary AI and LLM features to analyze images, text, and health data for emotional and thematic insights
• Guide the creation of voice and chat-based sentiment analysis tools
• Support FHIR/HL7 integration strategies, API architecture, and clinical interoperability
• Provide input on UAT testing, QA processes, and product iteration cycles
• Share best practices for user research, persona development, and behavioral UX
• Share insights from scaling early-stage health tech startups, especially those working with payers, providers, or digital health platforms

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in product management, AI/ML development, or NLU/NLP strategy—preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Experience deploying or advising on LLMs or voice-based interfaces (e.g., GPT, Deepseek, etc.)
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and building interoperable health APIs
• Strong background in user research, behavior-driven design, and agile development
• Experience with startups from inception to scale, especially in healthcare
