OnPath Federal Credit Union in Metairie is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor to build member relationships and provide personalized financial solutions. The role is on-site at the corporate office and offers a pathway for growth within a values-driven team.

Formación

• Interpersonal skills to communicate with members and team.
• Knowledge of loan policies and products and services; processing experience preferred.
• Accuracy in recording daily transactions and documentation.
• Procedural knowledge of interviewing and collecting required info.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily member interactions and align with OnPath mission and values.
• Assist loan officers in obtaining complete information and documents.
• Prepare and review loan closing documents for accuracy.
• Book and fund loans into the core banking system.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements.
• Communicate with applicants and underwriters to resolve discrepancies.
