Credit Union West is seeking a Member Loan Specialist at the Westgate Branch in Glendale, AZ. This frontline, member-facing role delivers consultative financial advice and supports consumer and home equity loan activities.

You will open and maintain accounts, process loans, assist members through digital channels, and promote digital services while upholding regulatory and security standards.

The role requires 3–5 years lending experience, NMLS, and flexibility to work multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years lending experience in a financial institution.
• NMLS license required; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan applications, fund consumer loans and related products.
• Open and service member accounts and respond via digital channels.
• Provide branch support, ensure policy compliance and security.
• Assist with audits, cash handling, and teller duties as needed.
