Job summary

Lake Trust Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Data Strategist to build a unified view of marketing performance by integrating data from HubSpot, ad platforms, and predictive analytics. You will design and maintain dashboards, ensure data integrity, and protect member privacy while driving data-driven marketing decisions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of marketing analytics or BI experience, with strong Power BI and Looker Studio skills and familiarity with Alteryx and GA4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, data science, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence.
• Experience in the financial services or credit union industry preferred.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CMS/CRM and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strong skills in Power BI and Looker Studio; knowledge of Alteryx is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a unified view of marketing performance across platforms and tools.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from a diverse tech stack.
• Maintain dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio with data integrity.
• Audit data quality, ensure PII compliance, and protect member privacy.
• Collaborate with BI team to automate reporting and reduce manual exports.
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for campaigns.
