Collins Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist I at the Blairs Ferry branch in Cedar Rapids to deliver a welcoming, personalized member experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will identify needs, cross-sell solutions, and support deposit growth while upholding regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, community engagement, and accurate processing of transactions with strong attention to detail and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of customer service, retail banking or cash handling experience.
• Open and service routine consumer deposit accounts, including checking, savings, money market and CDs.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and balance service with sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional, personalized service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Create meaningful member connections through active listening and follow-up.
• Identify member needs and recommend products, services, and solutions.
• Cross-sell and refer products to partners to grow deposits and loans.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and checks with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
