Qualifications

• Three years of related experience with Nuvision and/or loan sales goals
• Proven ability to originate business through outbound calling
• Knowledge of deposit, loan, investments, and insurance products
• Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance practices
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and CRM documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Generate business through outbound calls to open new memberships and cross-sell products
• Follow up with members via phone or email after initial contact
• Track daily calls and production
• Explain pricing and terms and resolve member requests
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork
