Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to connect with existing members, assess their financial needs, and match them with appropriate products and services. This role emphasizes phone-based sales, relationship building, and hitting individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities include outbound calls to member leads, presenting solutions, cross-selling, opening accounts, processing loan applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or banking is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted member lead lists to identify financial needs and uncover sales opportunities.
• Use consultative, needs-based selling to recommend financial products and services.
• Present solutions, cross-sell products, and refer or close opportunities.
• Open and close accounts and process membership applications.
• Process loan applications and related financial transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with SEGs and referral partners to generate new business.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, activity expectations, and metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and sales activity.
• Handle confidential member information with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support member experience and business goals.
• Participate in occasional local events and occasional Saturday work as needed.
