Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking a front-end/warehouse associate to greet members, assist with loading orders, and help maintain a clean, organized shopping environment. You will support cashiers, stock shelves, and participate in department setup and closing duties.

The role involves lifting, moving pallets, and occasional use of warehouse equipment. Open availability and ability to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist members and answer questions.
• Willingness to perform cleanup and department setup/closing duties.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and assists with loading orders onto conveyors, answers questions, and assists cashier.
• Packs orders, checks packaging for tampering, and follows safety procedures.
• Assists with self-checkouts and monitors belt area for errors and cleanliness.
• Maintains cleanliness of front-end and checkout areas and cleans spills promptly.
• Performs setup and closing duties for the department and stocking duties.
• Transports pallets from receiving to storage or sales floor.
• Labels unmarked products and ensures correct signage.
• Operates vehicles, equipment, or machinery as needed.
• Open availability to meet business needs.
