Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking a Front End Associate to warmly greet members, assist with loading orders, and ensure a clean, well-stocked front end. You will help with basic merchandising, answer questions, and support checkout operations to enhance the member experience.

The role requires flexibility to assist across departments, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to operate basic warehouse equipment when required. This position is onsite in the United States with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to assist across departments.
• Able to follow safety and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets members, helps load orders onto conveyor, answers questions.
• Packs orders, checks packaging, and aids with safety procedures.
• Assists with self-checkouts and monitors register for errors.
• Keeps front-end area clean and stocked, handles signage and labeling.
• Transports pallets and stores merchandise, assists in other departments.
• Operates vehicles or equipment as needed.
