Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking a front-end/store associate to greet members, assist with loading orders, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. You will support cashier areas, help with self-checkouts, and ensure accurate signage and stock across departments.

The role requires open availability and legal authorization to work in the United States. Training and advancement opportunities may be available based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Greets members, helps load orders onto conveyor, answers questions, and explains promotions.
• Packs orders into boxes and loads to carts or flatbeds; checks packaging, follows safety rules.
• Assists with self-checkouts by scanning items or guiding customers.
• Monitors registers for errors and keeps belt area clean.
• Maintains cleanliness of register and front-end areas; cleans spills/obstacles.
• Performs department set up and closing duties; returns products and stocks registers.
• Transfers pallets from receiving to shelves or sales floor.
• Assists with stocking and ensures correct product signage; labels unmarked items.
• Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Assists in other department duties as needed.
• Operates vehicles, equipment or machinery as required.
