Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bank Teller.
• Cash handling and balancing your own drawer.
• Customer service experience building relationships through conversation.
• Sales experience offering products and meeting monthly goals.

Responsibilities

• Engaged Communication: meaningful engagement with members to understand needs and offer quality solutions.
• Great Service Standards: commit to superior member experience following service standards.
• Process Teller Activity: receive deposits, verify cash, issue receipts, cash checks, verify identifications and disclosures.
• Focus on Purpose/Mission: contribute to financial wellness within the community.
• Scorecard Accountability: cross-sell checking, lending, and referrals to meet branch goals.
• Attention to Detail: ensure transactions are accurate and funds are available per regulations.
