Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart Sam's Club products and services.
• Delivers and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value, processing memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales events to meet membership goals.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Maintains safety of facilities by following safety standards and procedures, forklift spotting, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Act with Integrity and respect individuals, teamwork, and accountability to support Walmart values and a positive work environment.
