Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Files loan documents, reviews loan documents for completeness, and prepares loan documents for imaging.
• Has thorough knowledge of the documents required for each loan and the skill to obtain the required information in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Communicates with loan officers, underwriters, and applicants to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Book and fund all loans into the core banking system.
• Assist in audits, compliance reviews, and reporting requirements.
