• Take inbound loan applications by phone for members and potential members.
• Process online loan applications and enter complete information for quick decisions.
• Conduct consultative conversations, listening, analyzing data, and offering member-specific services.
• Cross-sell products using knowledge from application, credit reports, and fact-finding.
• Make outbound calls to generate new loan leads.
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales goals.
