Job summary

Mountain America in Springville, UT is seeking a Financial Service Representative to assess member needs and provide guidance using our AAA approach. You will handle loan servicing, open/maintain accounts, and cross-sell financial products. The role includes community outreach, occasional teller duties, and a schedule Monday–Friday with Saturday shifts.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with potential increases based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to cross-sell financial products and services.
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and meet member needs using AAA skills to advise and assist with financial needs.
• Provide value through loan servicing transactions and cross-selling products and services.
• Open new accounts, service existing accounts, and explain products and services to members.
• Outreach to the community via outbound calls and SEG events; handle teller duties as needed.
