Ideal candidates will be bilingual in Spanish, have prior customer service and cash-handling experience, and demonstrate basic math skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This on-site role requires strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales is preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with general account inquiries.
• Identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members.
• Basic understanding of branch compliance and auditing.
• Basic understanding of all products and services available for members.
