Job summary

Travis Credit Union in Pleasant Hill, CA, seeks a part-time Financial Service Representative to serve as the face of the credit union. You will build lasting member relationships, provide expert financial guidance, and process accurate cash and non-cash transactions across multiple channels.

The role supports community engagement and uses the CRM to help members reach financial goals. A flexible schedule including Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

• Develops long term relationships with members through meaningful financial conversations.
• Delivers a delightful member experience through value added benefits.
• Provides accurate, prompt, and courteous cash and non-cash transaction services.
• Maintains CRM to manage member relationships and support financial goals.
• Engages in community events to promote financial education and literacy.
• Uncovers member needs and discusses appropriate deposits, loans, and digital solutions.
• Keeps knowledge of account eligibility and services for all new and existing accounts.
