Starting at $22/hour, eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, and an incentive program on GAP/MBP policies sold on vehicle loans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, cash handling, and sales; banking or financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union operations and financial products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with account information, transactions, and products.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities; meet sales targets.
• Open new member accounts and process loan applications; follow through with members.
