Job summary

Scott Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative at the Edwardsville, IL branch to assist members in person, by phone, and via outbound calls. You will educate members on products, resolve issues, and contribute to a high-quality member experience.

The role requires a customer-focused, relationship-driven attitude with the ability to meet sales and service goals. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Edwardsville branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify, educate, present and cross-sell SCU products to members.
• Meet sales and operational goals and support branch objectives.
• Handle teller duties and process deposits and withdrawals.
• Open/close teller terminals and balance cash daily.
• Screen OFAC and comply with CTR/SAR requirements.
• Build relationships and provide prompt member service.
