Job summary

Scott Credit Union in Troy, IL seeks a Financial Service Representative for the Troy Branch Network. You will engage members in person, by phone, and via outbound calls to deliver exceptional service and educate them on our products and services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales, and accurate handling of teller duties, with a fully on-site schedule and a Monday–Saturday work pattern to support our community.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional member service in person, on the phone, and via outbound calls.
• Educate members on SCU products and services.
• Resolve member questions and issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Educate and cross-sell SCU products and services to members.
• Meet individual sales and operational goals and support branch goals.
• Open and close accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle teller duties.
• Balance cash and reconcile teller terminal close reports.
• Screen for OFAC and comply with CTR/SAR and BSA requirements.
• Provide prompt, professional member service and resolve concerns.
