Salal Credit Union of Seattle, WA is seeking full-time Personal Financial Representatives at our Tukwila Branch to provide quality member service. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You will perform teller and personal banker duties, selling and cross-selling products, handling account transactions, and assisting with loans while maintaining friendly, component service for members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of successful sales and customer service experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• As a Personal Financial Representative, you sell and cross-sell products and services to members and complete account transactions as requested.
• You assist with loan applications by interviewing the consumer and processing the application according to policy.
• You organize member documents and information to support colleagues and ensure accurate paperwork.
