Job summary

Insight Credit Union in Winter Springs, FL is seeking a Universal Representative to deliver an excellent service experience while achieving high sales production. The role requires engaging, energetic, and personable team members who can quickly complete processes and build trusted financial advisor relationships with members.

The Universal Representative will assist with teller transactions and account services, participate in a dynamic branch schedule, and promote self-service options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet monthly sales referrals goals.
• Excellent communication and member service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell deposits, loans, and services; refer mortgages and commercial loans as appropriate.
• Receive and process deposits, withdrawals, and payments; balance cash drawer daily.
• Provide exceptional member service and guide members through channels (in-branch, online, mobile).
• Support call center activities and outbound communications as scheduled.
• Open/close safe deposit boxes and assist with branch opening/closing tasks.
