Sun East Federal Credit Union in Aston, PA seeks an eCommerce Service Representative to join our team. This credit union call center focuses on online banking inquiries, member accounts, and transactions with no cold calling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience; e-commerce servicing (email/chat/online banking) a plus.
• Previous credit union or banking experience required.
• Knowledge of online banking and mobile deposit functionality.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Background checks and a pre-employment drug test are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Answer, troubleshoot and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding online banking, member accounts and transactions; maintain a warm, helpful attitude.
• Educate members on products and services (banking, IRAs, loans) using a consultative approach and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Support call center queues as needed and escalate when necessary.
• Handle calls independently when possible; forward to supervisors or other departments when required.
