Job summary

Visions FCU in West Lawn, PA is seeking a Service and Sales Representative to deliver outstanding member service on-site. You will open consumer, business, and IRA accounts, assist with loan applications, and help manage day-to-day branch operations.

The role requires an associate degree with 1–3 years of experience (3–5 years can substitute). Notary license within 1 year, strong MS Office skills, and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and serve as the first point of contact for members
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts
• Support loan application intake (including mortgages)
• Resolve account questions and escalations
• Recommend products aligned to member needs
• Support branch operations (teller/MSR coverage, transactions, etc.)
• Provide notary and signature guarantee services (training provided)
