Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Deming Branch, working 37-40 hours per week with open availability and Monday-Friday. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling routine financial transactions and providing exceptional service while educating members on available products.

You will perform cash handling, transfers, and loan/credit card payments, use a needs-based sales approach, and assist in vault duties.

Qualifications

• Advance knowledge of service delivery operations.
• Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing and balancing negotiable instruments.
• Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Processes member financial transactions with high accuracy.
• Assists members by assessing needs and educating on available products.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Operate as a vault teller with vault cash duties including cash ordering.
• Assist management with training and development of tellers.
