Job summary

REV Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional member experience. You will handle basic financial transactions with accuracy, educate members on self-service options, and help meet team sales and service goals.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or cash handling experience, with strong attention to detail and integrity. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service, cash handling, or retail banking experience.
• Knowledge of BSA, OFAC and Patriot Act compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow internal controls.
• Assist with member inquiries and resolve account issues.
• Educate members on self-service options like online and mobile banking.
• Support branch operations and contribute to team goals.
