Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background with cash-handling experience.
• Ability to learn banking products and self-service tools.
• Attention to accuracy and confidentiality in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member.
• Process all member transactions accurately and promptly; withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders and inquiries; perform discreet transactions.
• Follow established processes and guidelines; comply with policies, laws, and regulations; complete required compliance training.
• Assist members with general account questions and refer to specialists when needed.
• Learn about products and navigate internal portals to find answers efficiently.
