Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, accurate service to Members per UFCU values.
• Respond to and resolve member needs and service requests.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and CDs.
• Read and review credit reports with members.
• Process loan applications and other financial transactions.
• Refer members to appropriate business partners as needed.
• Provide notary and safe deposit box services.
• Assist with fraud disputes and investigations.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for branches.
• Host events and participate in SEG events.
• Connect members with internal partners to solve problems.
• Adhere to UFCU policies, procedures and ethics codes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and promote digital tool adoption.
• Complete regulatory training as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and internal controls.
