STCU is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Representative I to provide administrative and customer service support for ongoing consumer loan servicing. The role handles loan payments, maintains records, and responds to member inquiries, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of member service or related financial institution experience.
• Knowledge of lending processes and consumer protection laws preferred.
• Experience with loan servicing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional loan servicing support to members and frontline staff.
• Process loan payments and maintain accurate loan records.
• Respond to member inquiries and support post-closing activities.
• Ensure collateral is secured and insurance is obtained to mitigate risk.
• Monitor compliance with FCRA, SCRA, and CFPB guidelines.
• Maintain timely, accurate reports and SLA adherence.
