Job summary

Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative I to handle member inquiries, payments, modifications, and application routing. You will interact with loan officers, managers, and other staff to ensure policies are followed and customer service remains high.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred accounting/finance education and 1–2 years in loan operations. It offers competitive wages and benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or banking preferred.
• 1-2 years professional experience required, preferably in loan operations or lending environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls and assist members with a wide variety of loan information and issues.
• Process loan payments and payoff checks received via mail.
• Prepare loan modifications and coordinate member signing for consumer and mortgage loans.
• Assign new real estate and consumer loan applications to loan officers and troubleshoot issues.
• Balance GLs and submit reconciliation reports to Accounting monthly.
• Process insurance policies and complete weekly insurance reports.
• Follow confidentiality guidelines and protect member information.
