Global Credit Union in Minnesota seeks a Financial Services Representative II to deliver exceptional member service, process transactions accurately, and proactively identify cross-sales opportunities for financial products.

You will meet branch goals, build strong member relationships, and collaborate with coworkers and partners to support the Member Service Center and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deliver a consultative, empathetic member experience.
• Identify opportunities and make financial product recommendations.
• Meet branch and business line goals through cross-sales.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience.
• Ensure all members receive prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous service.
• Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and referrals to other business lines.
• Use a consultative approach to develop solutions that improve members' financial well-being.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all transactions and member service requests.
• Efficiently onboard members and set appointments to meet needs.
• Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls and stay flexible.
• Build relationships through branch promotions and community events.
• Work in a team environment across organizational levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
