Job summary

The Bay Club Company in Danville, CA, is seeking a Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the golf course and clubhouse grounds while delivering exceptional member service and hospitality.

You will perform landscaping tasks, greet guests, and support events with flexible weekend hours; prior landscaping experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. We offer a team‑driven culture and opportunities to grow with the club.

Qualifications

• Reading manuals and procedures
• Strong communication with members and staff
• Analytical thinking to identify issues and draw conclusions

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the company’s standard operating procedures
• Landscaping duties include mowing, raking and weeding and divot repair of the golf course and outside common areas on club property
• Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Greet members and guests through‑out the property
• Understand and anticipate the needs of the property
• Be attentive and listen carefully to the member’s and follow through
• Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner
• Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training
• Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
• Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings
• Additional hours will be required during aerification and other special projects
