Job summary

Bay Club Company is seeking a qualified groundskeeper to maintain golf course and clubhouse grounds. You will greet members, support events, and uphold clean and safe standards across outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include mowing, raking, divot repair, stocking supplies, and following procedures with professionalism. Weekend or holiday hours may apply, with extra hours for aerification and special projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of landscaping experience and a valid state driver’s license.
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently or with other staff; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the company's standard operating procedures.
• Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, raking and weeding, and divot repair.
• Restock supplies and replenish inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Greet members and guests throughout the property.
• Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, and prompt follow-through.
• Schedule may include weekends/holidays; additional hours during aerification and special projects.
