Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking an enthusiastic Membership Sales Representative to support our Beaumont, TX client site. This on-call role involves connecting with prospective members, promoting wellness programs, and helping individuals take the next step in their health and fitness journey. You will provide friendly, face-to-face service and respond to requests via phone, text, and email, with shifts including early morning, midday and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of start date.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, text, and email.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Meet sales goals and generate leads through prospecting and referrals.
• Promote and attend facility social events.
• Act as facility ambassador to local businesses and community.
• Provide leadership presence on the floor when needed.
• Conduct tours and assist with account changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
