Responsibilities

• Consistently executes appropriate behaviors in accordance with Align's values and member service standards to deliver an exceptional member experience in the branch.
• Accurately process all sales, servicing, banking transactions and operational tasks.
• Completes all member requests including, account opening, servicing requests, issuing debit cards, and routine bank transactions.
• Recommends appropriate solutions to meet member needs; consults with product specialists when needed to meet specific needs.
• Acquires and maintains member relationships over the life cycle by identifying and understanding financial needs.
• Achieves all assigned member service and sales goals; promotes all credit union products and services.
