You will educate members on digital banking tools, promote financial products, and assist with daily branch operations while upholding security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, and other banking transactions.
• Build and deepen member relationships through proactive engagement and needs-based conversations.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and services.
• Resolve account inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Refer members to appropriate specialists for additional services.
• Support daily operations, branch opening/closing, and assist with loan processing.
• Support branch sales and service goals through strong member relationships.
