Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Temecula is seeking a customer-focused sales and service associate. You will greet members, determine needs, and provide Legendary Service while cross-selling AAA products.

Responsibilities include DMV license/registration and notary services, travel planning with TripTik, issuing passport photos, accepting payments, and coordinating hotel and car rental bookings. A high school diploma and notary eligibility are required; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Able to obtain and maintain notary license where required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office basics.
• Available to work Mondays–Fridays and Saturdays per branch.
• Able to travel locally as needed.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and identify needs to provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV license, registration, and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare TripTik travel routings and travel materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, balance cash drawer, and provide receipts.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and share travel information.
