Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 6 months of experience in customer-facing or transactional role.
• Higher education and more than 8 months of experience in member service, lending, or call center within a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, prompt and accurate service in handling and processing member financial and service requests.
• Escort members through home banking mobile deposit, online applications, and ITMs.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain precise transactional records.
• Assist with opening new member accounts and providing product information.
• Educate members about Belco products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Assist with the loan process under supervision.
• Maintain sales tracking records in Synapsys and Lobby Tracker.
• Adhere to Federal and State compliance laws and Belco policies.
